what works for you...


Everyone is different. Some people like to run ten miles at 5am every morning ... some of us don't! Some people love training as part of a group ... others can't think of anything worse.

Others enjoy counting reps in the gym whilst for some of us that would be mind numbing.

My advice is to do something ... anything ... go out for a daily walk and get some fresh air, run up and down the stairs, find a class that you genuinely enjoy. Just get moving! Too many people spend their lives sitting at a desk and then sitting in front of the TV.

We have forgotten how to enjoy the fresh air and the feeling of being outside; it doesn't matter if it is raining because our skin is waterproof. It doesn't matter if it is muddy because mud washes off.

Get out there, get moving and get some fresh air, your body and your mind will thank you!
